China International Digital Economy Expo is the only national Expo named Digital Economy approved by the CPC Central Committee and the State Council, and co-hosted by Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and The People's Government of Hebei Province. The Expo always adheres to the concept of international vision, high-end positioning, open cooperation, and win-win development, promotes global digital economy exchange and cooperation, and becomes an international grand event leading the development of digital economy, a national platform for displaying the latest achievements of the national digital economy, and a world-class platform for global digital economy exchange and cooperation.

The Expo is highly valued by the leaders of the Party and the state, and widely concerned by people from all walks of life within China and beyond. The General Secretary Xi Jinping sent a congratulatory letter for the first China International Digital Economy Expo. State Councilor Wang Yong attended the opening ceremony, read out the congratulatory letter and made an important speech. Liu He, member of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and Vice Premier of the State Council, attended the opening ceremony of China International Digital Economy Expo 2021 by video and delivered a speech. The two expositions were successfully held, attracting more than 30 academicians, over 100 international guests, no less than 600 experts, scholars and entrepreneurs, over 1,000 well-known enterprises at home and abroad, hundreds of thousands of professional visitors and people from all walks of life. The level of guests, the scale of the exhibition, the professionalism of visitors, the quality of published achievements and signed projects have been continuously improved.

China International Digital Economy Expo 2022 is planned to be held in Shijiazhuang (Zhengding) International Convention and Exhibition Center in the middle of November. It will hold a series of activities including the opening ceremony and thematic summit, summit forum, comprehensive exhibition, results release, competition, on-site experience, industry matchmaking, etc., with a comprehensive exhibition area of 50,000 square meters. At that time, leaders of relevant national ministries and commissions, academicians, internationally renowned experts and scholars, industry leaders and entrepreneurs will come to the Expo to deliver speeches and make keynote speeches or high-end dialogues. Governments at all levels and its departments, industry organizations, universities, research institutions, enterprises and institutions, etc. will gather together to launch the grand event. The Executive Committee of the Expo is willing to embrace the new era of digital economy with all sectors of society, share the business opportunities of the grand event, and build an ecological partnership circle of "open cooperation and mutual benefit". It is now planned to publicly collect partners for China International Digital Economy Expo 2022. Relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:

1. Exposition Arrangement

(I) Time: Mid-November 2022

(II) Place: Shijiazhuang Zhengding International Convention Center

(III) Scale: 50,000 square meters for exhibition and display area

3. Collection Objects

Including enterprises engaged in digital economy, enterprises and institutions engaged in manufacturing, financial services, insurance services, legal consulting, communication services, postal services, aviation services, advertising services, translation services, image services, etiquette services, transportation services, commercial and travel services, catering services, epidemic prevention materials, clothing and apparel, exhibition supporting service, security products, beverages, office services, publicity souvenirs.

4. Collection Requirements

(I) The applicant has the intent to provide funds, goods in kind, techniques or relevant services for the Expo;

(II) The applicant shall have strong economic strength and the technical or service capability of independently providing the above types of products and services;

(III) The applicant shall have good business reputation and social image;

(IV) Applicants shall, in principle, participate in the collection in the form of funds + physical objects/technology/services, or in the form of a single product or service;

(V) Applicants shall participate in the collection by following the relevant procedures and requirements of collectors.

5. Collection Procedures

(I) The executive committee of the expo shall issue a public announcement for collection to the general public;

(II) The applicant shall submit a Letter of Intent and an Application Form;

(III) The executive committee of the Expo shall issue a Letter of Collection to the applicant;

(IV) The applicant shall submit the documents (including its business license, introduction, advantage and summary).

(V) The appraisal group will be organized to make an appraisal and determine the candidate enterprises or institutions;

(VI) Business negotiations with the candidate enterprises or institutions shall be made; or

(VII) The enterprises or institutions shall sign Cooperation Agreement on China International Digital Economy Expo 2022 with the official working institution designated by the Executive Committee of Expo.

6. Materials Submission

The applicant shall submit the Letter of Intent, the information form of the applicant and the company’s business licence (affixed with official seal) before 25 October 2022, Beijing time. Besides, the applicant shall upload the application materials through the official website of the Expo (https://www.cidee-zd.cn/), or send electronic version to the specified email address: xuepu@cidee.ntesmail.com. After submitting the documents, please contact Secretariat of the Expo Executive Committee in time for confirmation. Overdue submission will not be accepted.

7. Organizing Appraisal

The appraisal work shall be carried out by the market operation and assets management group of the Expo Executive Committee. The appraisal group shall be jointly organized by 3 industrial experts and 2 representatives from the official working institution and shall make fair and impartial appraisal.

8. Rights, Interests and Validity Period

(1) The executive committee of the Expo shall provide the applicants for the fairs with the rights and interests for participating in forums and speeches, important activities, publishing of achievements, exhibitions, academic/technical exchanges, industrial cooperation, investment invitation and investigation, enterprise image display, publicity and recommendation. The relevant rights and interests shall be discussed on the basis of the modes of cooperation.

(2) The rights and interests granted by the Collector shall be valid from the effective date of the Cooperation Agreement to the last day of China International Digital Economy Expo 2022.

9. Reservation of Interests of Collectors

The collector shall reserve the following interests in the collection:

(1) amend and supplement the content of the announcement, including but not limited to merging or splitting the sub-categories contained in this category; change the schedule of the collection;

(2) at any time, accept or reject any intention document, and modify or cancel the collection activity, without assuming any liability and explaining the reason to the candidate;

(3) have the ultimate right to interpret the announcement and its appendices.

10. Investment Promotion Agent Enterprises

The executive committee of the Expo shall openly solicit investment promotion agent enterprises from the general public, select a group of enterprises that are rich in experiences, vast in resources, strong in capabilities and reasonable in investment promotion schemes as investment promotion agents and develop oriented collection activities in an orderly manner. It is essential to authorize the official working institutions to carry out the activities of investment promotion and collection, sign cooperation agreements on oriented collection with investment promotion agents, entrust investment promotion agents to collect partners from a particular orientation, and issue the Collection Letters in the name of the executive committee of the fair to the enterprises engaging in oriented collection. The Collection Letters shall be uniformly submitted to the executive committee of the fair by the investment promotion agents.
